Overview

When you clock in it's easy to assign a project, location, and cost code as part of the process of creating a time card. Once the time card has been assigned to a project, it will automatically appear in the cost allocation report for your company.

Step 1 - Select Job

Step 2 - Add Job

If you work on multiple jobs at a given site, you can add them one at a time here

Step 3 - Select a work site

Work sites that you have visited today and locations that are within the geofence of your GPS coordinates will appear at the top of the list for ease of use

Step 4 - Select a Cost Code

All of the cost codes assigned to the project will be available here for selection

Step 5 - Add more jobs (optional)

If you are working on more than one job for the time card, you can add more here/
