When you invite new employees to Workyard you can configure your break policy and Federal or state level overtime rules so Workyard can automatically calculate overtime for you on each time card.
Meal Breaks Policy
Let Workyard know if meal breaks for your employees are paid or unpaid.
Choose Non-exempt if overtime rules apply to your employee. Choose exempt if they don't.
If you've selected non-exempt under Exemption Status you'll need to choose the Federal or state overtime rules that apply.
