Get real time wherabouts of where your crew is currently working. See what projects they are currently working on and what their time card status is. Easily make any necessary adjustments to time cards using Workyard's locations view,

If you want to check the location of your team members, hover your mouse over their profile pinpoint on the locations map on the website. A popup will appear showing the employee's name, location, and the date and time of the location pinpoint. The project name will also be displayed if the employee is located within a project geofence.

To access a team member's GPS time card details, simply click on their profile pinpoint on the locations map. This will bring up a sidebar with the relevant information. To view the time card details in full, click on the 'View Time Card' button and a new tab will open with the user's details.

By selecting crew on the mobile app, you can view a live map showing the current location of your team members for their current time card or you can change the date to show any previously submitted time cards.

To access a team members time card, simply tap on their profile pinpoint. This will bring up the team members time card and projects they have allocated time to throughout the day.

You can see a list view of your crews time cards by tapping on List for team members who are clocked in or clocked out. You can make adjustments to a team members time card by tapping on the team members name, and an option to add a break or clock out will appear.

You can also invite a new team member to your Workyard instance by tapping on the +Invite button under the List view and selecting their role (worker, manager, admin). Then fill out any relevant information and tap on the Invite button.
