Select the team members for kiosk based time tracking within your time clock rules:
Go into your company settings by hovering over the gear icon (located on the lower left of your computer screen) and clicking on company.
Create a rule group within your time clock rules (by clicking on "Groups" at the top) and select team members who are permitted to clock in via Workyard Kiosk.
Click on "Time Tracking Settings" to open drop down
Enable "Allow clock in and clock out from kiosks"
Only admins and Managers can create a new rule group.
This allows the team members to clock-in either from Kiosk or Workyard mobile apps.
