To download a CSV report of all form submissions received, go to your form library, and click on the template to navigate in to view the form submissions.

From this view, select the download button. The form submissions downloaded will be based on any filters you have applied on this page.

A zip file will be downloaded to your computer that contains all the submissions in one CSV file. The CSV will contain all questions created in the form as separate columns. You may have multiple CSV files, if you have published different versions of your template.

Currently this report does not support display signatures, images and dynamic matrix.

From the form submissions view, you can also download a single PDF of the form submissions by selecting the download button on the form submission row.

Signatures, images and any dynamic matrix used are supported in PDF downloads.
