AI Translation in Smart Forms

How to Access AI Translation

  1. Go to Smart Forms → Open a Form in your dashboard.

  2. In the Form Builder, click on the Translations tab at the top of the editor.

  3. You’ll see your Default (English) language listed automatically.

  4. Click the ➕ icon to add another language (e.g., Español or Português).

How to Auto-Translate Your Form

Once you’ve added a target language:

  1. Click the Auto-translate all button next to the language you want to translate.

  2. It will open a modal named "Untranslated strings". Click on the "Auto-translate All" button in this modal.

  3. Watch as all form elements - including the title, description, and question fields - are automatically translated by AI.

  4. Review or adjust any translations directly in-line before saving.

  5. Click Apply, then Save & Exit to finalize.

Note: You can also import a translation file using the action "Import from CSV". If you want to translate some form elements manually, you can also use the action "Export to CSV", fill in some form elements, and import it back into the modal.

🔍 How to Preview Translated Forms

  1. In the Form Builder, go to the Preview tab.

  2. Use the language selector in the upper-right corner to switch between English and your translated language(s).

  3. The preview updates instantly, showing how the form appears to end users in each language.
