You can fund your Workyard Business Checking account directly in the Workyard app by securely connecting your external bank account. This makes it faster and easier to add funds without needing to log into your bank separately.

Add funds using a connected bank (recommended)
The easiest way to fund your account is by connecting your external bank and transferring funds directly in the Workyard app.
Steps
Open Workyard Web app
Navigate to your Expense account via the Expenses menu item
Navigate to the Account tab
Choose Fund your account
Choose Connect New Account
Enter your phone number and choose Continue or choose Continue without using phone number.
Search for the bank/institution you want to pull funds from
Select your bank/institution
Once your bank/institution has been chosen, select Continue to login. This will in most cases take you to your banks login portal where you will need to enter your credentials.
On your bank/institution portal, you will need to verify your identity with a code sent to your phone
Select the appropriate account you want funds pulled from and make sure to select the check boxes to share additional information so that your account can be verified.
Accept the terms and conditions.
Once returned to the Workyard app, choose Continue
To save your selected account for future use, enter your phone number and select Save, otherwise select Finish without saving
Select the account you just connected to
Choose the amount you want to transfer and choose Continue
Confirm the transfer by choosing Complete payment
Your funds will be transferred using ACH (Automated Clearing House).
Other ways to fund your Workyard account
If you prefer, you can also fund your account using the following methods.
External bank transfer (push transfer)
You can initiate a transfer from your external bank by logging into your bank's online banking and sending funds to your Workyard Business Checking account.
To do this, use your Workyard account’s:
Routing number
Account number
These can be found in your Expense account details in Workyard.
Depending on your bank, transfers typically take 1–3 business days.
Wire transfer
You can also fund your account using a wire transfer from your bank.
Wire transfers are usually processed the same day, but banks may charge additional fees for sending wires.
Steps
Access the wire transfer services from your external bank account.
Choose the domestic wire transfer type.
Enter your Workyard Business Checking Account details:
Lincoln Savings Bank as the Bank name
Workyard Business Checking Account, account number
Workyard Business Checking Account, routing number
Workyard Business Checking Account Account, bank address which is 508 Main Street, Reinbeck, IA 50669
Enter amount and confirm transfer.
