How to Fund Your Workyard Business Checking Account

Learn how to add funds to your Workyard Business Checking Account to enable spending on your team’s Expense Cards.

When your Expense application is approved, you’ll receive a Workyard Business Checking Account where funds must be added before spending.

How to add funds

Currently, you can transfer funds (push) from your external bank account in a few different ways:

Option 1: ACH Transfer using your Workyard Business Checking Account Account and Routing Numbers

  1. Log in to your external bank account.

  2. Create a transfer using the account number and routing number shown in your Workyard app under Accounts → Business Deposit Account.

Deposit timing

  • Transfers made before 3:00 PM EST on business days usually post the same day.

  • Transfers made after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will post the next business day.

Option 2: ACH Transfer by Connecting to your Workyard Business Checking Account using Plaid

If your external bank account supports linking to other banks using Plaid, you can find your Workyard Business Checking Account and easily connect so that you can seamlessly push funds into your Workyard Business Checking Account at any time without having to enter the account and routing numbers each time.

  1. Log in to your external bank account.

  2. Find the option to link to an external account and if your bank supports Plaid, you will see an experience like below, where you can search for Workyard and use your Admin phone number to securely verify yourself.

  3. Once you have linked your Workyard Business Checking Account, you can use this to push and pull funds from your Workyard Business Checking Account.

  • Transfers made after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will post the next business day.

Option 3: Domestic Wire Transfer using your Workyard Business Checking Account Account and Routing Numbers

  1. Access the wire transfer services from your external bank account.

  2. Choose the domestic wire transfer type.

  3. Enter your Workyard Business Checking Account details:

    1. Lincoln Savings Bank as the Bank name

    2. Workyard Business Checking Account, account number

    3. Workyard Business Checking Account, routing number

    4. Workyard Business Checking Account Account, bank address which is 508 Main Street, Reinbeck, IA 50669

  4. Enter amount and confirm transfer.
