How to Fund Your Workyard Business Deposit Account

Learn how to add funds to your Workyard Business Deposit Account to enable spending on your team’s Expense Cards.

When your Expense application is approved, you’ll receive a Workyard Business Deposit Account where funds must be added before spending.

How to add funds

Currently, you can transfer funds (push) from your external bank account:

  1. Log in to your external bank account.

  2. Create a transfer using the account number and routing number shown in your Workyard app under Accounts → Business Deposit Account.

Coming soon: You’ll be able to request funds (pull) directly from your external bank account within Workyard.

Deposit timing

  • Transfers made before 3:00 PM EST on business days usually post the same day.

  • Transfers made after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will post the next business day.

These details are also included in your Lincoln Savings Bank Business Deposit Account Agreement provided during your application.
