Professional Reports let you view any form submission as a polished, client-ready report and download it as a PDF, built from the data your crews already capture. You can send it to clients, GCs, or keep it for your records. This article covers opening the report view, what shows on it by default, hiding questions you don't want the client to see, and downloading the PDF.
Who can use this: Admins and managers. (Workers don't see Professional Reports.)
View a report
Go to Forms → Submissions and open any submission.
Click the report icon (or switch to the Report view).
Review the report - your form data laid out as a clean, branded report.
Click Download to save it as a PDF.
The report includes your photos, signatures, time and location stamps, comments, and structured fields automatically.
What shows on the report by default
You don't need to set anything up. Every report uses sensible defaults:
Shown: photos and signatures, structured fields, comments, and location and time stamps.
Hidden automatically: questions with no response, empty checkboxes, and unexpected-answer call-outs.
On every report: a default company header (your company logo appears if it's on the form template), portrait layout, and a "Powered by Workyard" mark.
Hide questions from the report
If a question is for internal use only and you don't want it on the client-facing report, you can hide it from the report view. Everything else is handled by the defaults above.

Any form type - daily reports, safety inspections, JSAs, vehicle pre-trips, QA/QC, and more.
Can workers view reports?
No. Professional Reports are available to admins and managers.
Can I customize the layout, colors, or branding?
Not in this release. Reports use a clean default layout and a default company header. Your logo appears if it's on the form template.
Can I send the report directly from Workyard?
Today, you download the PDF and send it yourself (for example, by email).
