Reporting Agent builds the report you need from your Workyard data, in the format you already use. Upload an existing report or describe what you want, and Workyard builds it for you.
Reporting Agent is available on the web app for Autopilot and Enterprise accounts.
Build a new report
Go to Reports.
In the prompt box at the top, start your report in one of two ways.
Upload a report you already use. Attach a CSV or Excel file and Workyard matches the columns and layout.
Describe what you need. For example, "Hours by worker and cost code for the Main St job, last pay period."
3. Answer any follow-up questions. Reporting Agent may ask for details like the date range or file type.
4. Reporting Agent builds a quick preview first, then the full report. You can leave the page while it works. You'll get a notification when it's done.
5. View the results on screen or download the file.
Need a change? Send a message at any point, even mid-build. For example, "Add overtime hours as a separate column" or "Group by crew instead of job."
How to rerun a report
Your conversation will be automatically saved. To rerun the report, open the original conversation and prompt it with the new date range you'd like to pull and download.

Who can see what
Reporting Agent follows the permissions you already have in Workyard. Managers only see data for the workers and jobs they can access in the app. Pay rates and compensation data are visible to admins only.

Can I use it on mobile?
