To export time collected in Workyard by service item or billable time, you will need to configure QuickBooks Online with the following settings.

Click on the gear icon in the top left hand corner, then click on Account and settings

Select the Time menu item and go to Timesheet

Switch on Show service field, if you'd like to export time broken down by service items

Switch on Allow time to be billable, if you'd like to mark time exported from Workyard as billable or non billable

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account
