Disabling the time card editing setting can prevent your workers from adjusting their start and finish time on their time cards and creating manual time cards.
Here's how to disable the time card editing settings in your Organization Settings:
Log in to Workyard.com on a desktop and navigate to the Settings menu.
Click on the Organization tab.
From there, you can disable the time card editing setting for your entire organization by toggling the switch to off (gray).
If you want to disable the setting for only a specific worker or a few workers, you can do so by following these steps:
Go to the Team Members page.
Select the worker whose time card editing setting you want to disable.
Adjust their settings to disable the time card editing setting.
