Workyard is the easiest way for construction companies to track hours and costs. We offer two different options to give contractors the visibility into labor costs they're looking for:
Time Tracking
Workyard's Time Tracking software is the tool that will give you the visibility you need into the hours they're working. With Workyard's smart GPS time clock, you'll generate accurate time cards with a complete audit trail of site entry and exit times.
Getting started is as easy as setting up your company's smart time clock in minutes, then inviting your employees to clock in and out with just a few taps a day on their phone. Workyard takes care of the rest by calculating employee work time, saving you hours on manual admin work and payroll processing.
Time Tracking Pricing
Workyard Time Tracking is an affordable $50 per month for your company plus an additional $8 per month for each user that will use Workyard.
For plans paid annually, the per user prices drops to $6 per month, a 20% saving.
EXAMPLE: For a construction company with 10 users on Workyard
$50 base fee + ($8 per user x 10 user) = $130 per month
The $50 monthly base fee for your company includes:

Workyard's Workforce Management software is everything in our easy to use Time Tracking software plus the power of construction-specific job costing.
Your crew will be able to tag their work projects and cost codes that you set up, resulting in automatically generated reports detailing your labor costs by customer, project, cost code, and employee.

Workforce Management Pricing
Workforce Management software is an affordable $50 per month for your company plus an additional $16 per month for each employee that will use Workyard.
For plans paid annually, the per user prices drops to $13 per month, a 20% saving.

Annual plans and growing teams
When you purchase an annual plan, you are effectively purchasing a number of employee seats for the year ahead at a 20% discount.
Annual plans are flexible in that you can you can still add more employees than you have purchased as part of your annual plan. These additional employees are charged as overage at the standard monthly rate for the tier you are on. Although, we can not downgrade the number of seats you have pre purchased or refund your annual plan if you decide to cancel during the active period. You can cancel or update the number of seats for future renewals for annual plans.
Example of our daily usage billing if you exceed your annual seats:
A company has purchased an Annual Workforce Management Plan for 10 employees. ($13 per user + $50 p/m)
Two months later they add an additional employee, taking their total to 11 users.
The additional user will be charged at the monthly rate for the Workforce Management Plan as overage ($16 p/m)
Also note that monthly overage charges are pro-rata, which means you only pay for what you use. e.g. If you add an additional user for 2 days, you'll only be charged for 2 days worth of usage, not the full month.
