Login to the computer or VM machine where the SQL server for Sage 100 or Foundation is located.

Open Run, to do this on your keyboard press Win Key + R

Within the Run Dialogue box, enter cmd and click on Ok

The command prompt window will appear. In this window, type hostname and press Enter.

The database host name will be displayed. 

1. Login to the computer or VM machine where the SQL server for Sage 100 or Foundation is located.
2. Open Run, to do this on your keyboard press Win Key + R
3. Within the Run Dialogue box, enter cmd and click on Ok

4. The command prompt window will appear. In this window, type hostname and press Enter.

5. The database host name will be displayed.
