When you archive a project, the connected geofence will be disabled and you will no longer see the project in areas where you can assign time, notes, and tasks. The good news is that all the data associated to the archived project still recorded and never lost. All data will remain available for you to view.

How to archive a project on Desktop

  1. Go to the Project Hub main menu item

  2. Select the All Active Projects top page filter option

  3. Use the Checkbox to select the project(s) you'd like to archive

  4. Click on the Archive action button and on Update button to confirm the action

Once archived the project will no longer appear on the All Active Project table. Although, it can still be accessed by updating the top page filter option to display Archived Projects.

How to archive a project on Mobile

  1. Go to the Projects main menu item

  2. Select the Active Projects top page filter option

  3. Swipe on the project row and click on Edit to open the Edit Project form

  4. On the Edit Project Form switch Archive Project to On and click Save

Once archived the project will no longer appear on the Active Projects list. Although, it can still be accessed by updating the top page filter option to display Archived Projects.
