Export time from Workyard
When you are ready to export your time over to ADP Workforce Now, take the following steps:
Navigate to the Reports menu
Select the Time Report
Review the time information for accuracy and select the pay period that you would like to export
Click "Export Time"
Look for ADP Workforce Now and click on "Export"
If you have not mapped any team member who submitted time, you will be prompted to map them as part of the export process.
You can ignore any projects or cost codes that you are prompted to map if it is not relevant to your payroll by clicking on the "Continue" button
If everything is configured correctly, you will arrive on the success page to indicate that time has gone through to ADP Workforce Now.
View Exported Time in ADP Workforce Now
From your ADP Workforce Now account, go to Process > Payroll Dashboard
Click Manage Payroll on the relevant payroll batch that contains the team members you exported time for
Go to Worksheets. The batch you exported from Workyard will appear as entry with the name displaying "Marketplace".
