You can easily reset your password by clicking on Forgot your password? on the website's login page or by using this Rest Password Link.
The reset link opened the app instead of my browser — now what?
If you tap the reset link on your phone, it can automatically launch the Workyard app instead of your web browser. When that happens, there's no field to enter a new password, and depending on your account you may just land back on the app's normal screens.
To make sure the link opens in your browser instead:
Press and hold (long-press) the reset link rather than tapping it normally.
A menu will pop up with options for how to open the link.
Choose the option to open it in your browser (Safari, Chrome, etc.) rather than letting it open in the Workyard app.
You should then see the standard page where you can enter and confirm your new password.
