Team Member Groups are now called Teams in Workyard.
An admin can assign team members to multiple Teams. Only an admin can create a Team. Teams make it easier and more efficient to quickly complete actions which involve multiple team members.

How to create and manage team member groups?
Go to Team Members --> Teams
2. Add a team with +Team
Important: Selecting All Team Members option creates a Team with all the active team members. Any future team members are NOT automatically added to such a team. Admin has to assign them.
Archive or Delete a Team
Archiving a team makes it inaccessible within your account.
Archived team can be viewed in the Archived Groups list.
Archived team can be Restored to use it.
Deleting a team will permanently delete the team and it cannot be retrieved again.
How to assign a team to a team member?
You may assign the team to an existing team member or an invited team member by:
Going to Team Member --> Edit the team member --> Edit Job Information
Add the team from Team Member Group field.
If you have not added a team already, click on 'Create new group' option
How to use teams in Workyard ?
Easily assign task to multiple team members: When creating a task, assign it to a team instead of selecting individual team members from the Team Members drop-down.
Download time reports by team member groups: From the Time Cards dashboard, now it is possible to download the time reports of multiple team members using Teams quickly. Simply select a group aka Team instead of individual team members from Team Members drop-down.
Quickly filter the time data of team members for review using teams: On the Time Cards dashboard, filter the time cards by team member groups aka Teams instead of selecting multiple team members.
