Join the Workyard referral program and share the benefits of Workyard. Give your friends 10% off their first year, and earn up to $5,000 per successful referral. Here’s how to start making referrals and earning rewards.
How It Works
Give
Refer a friend and give them 10% off Workyard for the first year because you referred them.
Get
Earn 10% of the subscription value of your referrals plan for the first year, up to $5,000 per referral.
For example:
Scenario 1: You refer a friend who subscribes to Workyard on an Annual plan worth $10,000. You will receive $1,000 in rewards for that referral.
Scenario 2: You refer a friend who subscribes to Workyard on a Monthly plan at $1,000 per month. You will receive $100 every month for the first 12 months of their subscription.
How to Refer A Friend to Workyard
To refer another company to Workyard, click on the Gift Icon on the left menu (on desktop). This will take you to the Referral Program Hub.
From this referral program page, there are a few ways to refer:
Copy the URL: This URL opens the referral page. When you share this link and your friend signs up, they are automatically tracked and we know this person was referred by you. You can copy this link and paste it into a text or an email.
Social icons: Click the social icons to automatically share your referral link as well as some information about what Workyard is.
For a referral to be valid, the following criteria must be met:
The person you’re referring must use your referral link to sign up for a new Workyard trial or book a meeting with us.
Once they use the link to sign up, their 10% discount will be automatically applied when they sign up for a paid plan.
Monitoring Your Workyard Referrals
You can monitor the status of your referrals by clicking on the Gift Icon on the left menu (on desktop) > click the Rewards Tab. This will take you to the Referral Program Rewards page.
Here, you can track the following:
How many people have click on your link (the number next to the eye icon).
The status of your referrals. You can see when they have signed up, when they become customers of Workyard, and how much you will receive monthly.
How to Get Paid
Once you have a successful referral, get paid by click on the Gift Icon on the left menu (on desktop) > click the Rewards Tab. This will take you to the Referral Program Rewards page, where you can then click Add Payment Details. Once your payment details are added, you will automatically be paid every month for your successful referrals.
The payout will be handled by Cello, our referral program provider. They will remind you to update payment information if needed via email.
Eligibility
Referrer
You must be a Workyard user with an active Workyard account.
You cannot refer yourself.
You cannot refer a second Workyard account you are setting up for yourself.
Referee (The Person You Are Referring)
They must be a new user and cannot have a current Workyard subscription.
The referrer and referee companies cannot be the same.
