Rounding:

The time clock rounding will determine how their clock in/out times are recorded. This setting will round their clock in/out times to the nearest 1, 5, 10, 15, or 30 minutes. This is a global setting that will apply to all rule groups and workers.

Enable Time Tracking:

This setting can be enabled or disabled based on if you need to track time for this group. If it is enabled, you will be able to track time for the workers in this group.

Allow editing/deletion of time cards:

This toggle will allow or prevent workers from being able to edit their past time cards. If this is enabled, workers will be able to edit their past clock in/out and break times. Workers will still be able to see their time cards regardless.

Kiosks:

This toggle controls if kiosks can be used for this group. Kiosks are a way to track worker's time on a shared device. To learn more about them, you can go to Workyard Kiosk.

Facial photo:

If this is enabled, it will require a picture of their face when they clock in and/or clock out.
