Workyard

The Billing Portal is where you can view past invoices and receipts, update your payment method, manage billing contacts, and see your current subscriptions and next billing date.

Log in to Workyard on the web app. The Billing Portal isn't available in the mobile app.

Go to Settings in the bottom left corner (gear icon) and click Plan &amp; Billing.

Scroll down to the Billing Portal section and click View.

4. The Billing Portal opens in a new page.

Current subscriptions: each subscription with its price. Click Show details to see line items. On annual plans with flex licenses, flex seats appear as a separate monthly line (for example, Monthly Overage User Fee).

Payment method: click the pencil icon to update it.

Invoices: view and download past invoices and receipts.
