Why It Matters
Workyard automatically tracks each team member’s driving activity and assigns mileage and travel time when they arrive at a geofenced project. This helps you:
Understand team efficiency
Accurately bill clients for travel
Improve job costing based on real travel data
How It Works
Create a Project
To begin tracking, simply create a project for the location in Workyard on the web or mobile app.
Geofence Detection + Clock-In
When a team member drives to the job site while clocked in, Workyard automatically detects the drive and assigns mileage and travel time to that project.
Note: A project must have a geofence and be created before the worker arrives for tracking to occur.
