If your mobile phone number or email details change then you will be required to update these details on your Workyard profile in order to be able to login to your account. You will not be required to download a new version of the app or send a new invite.
Updating your own profile details
On Mobile: Tap on the profile icon in the top left hand corner under the Clock menu
On Desktop: Click on Settings > Person in the top right hand cornerThen go Profile Information / Contact Info and under the mobile and email address fields enter your updated information and save.
Updating profile details on behalf of a team member
Only users with Administrator role are able to update team member profiles
On desktop, go to the Team Members menu item and click on the team member
From the team member page, click on Personal & Job Info tabe then the edit icon under Personal Information
A dialogue box will appear with the mobile phone and email fields. Apply the changes and click save.
