Time Clock Rounding

This setting will round the clock-in and clock-out times to the selected time increment.

Enable Time Tracking

This setting ensures workers can track time within Workyard.

On: Allows the team member to time track using the mobile app

Off: Does not automatically track or record the time team members spend on tasks or at job sites

Enable GPS tracking when clocking in

This setting enforces the appropriate GPS settings to be enabled for a worker to be able to clock in.

On: Requires team member to enable GPS settings on their mobile device

Off: Manual Clock-In Required

Allow deletion or editing of clock in and out times and breaks

This setting allows workers to adjust their clock-in and clock-out times.

On: Allows workers to make changes to their time cards

Off: Workers are unable to create manual time cards

Verify clock in with facial photo

This will require a worker to submit a picture as part of their clock-in experience.

On: Requires workers to submit a clear image of the employee to be able to clock in

Off: Workers are not required to submit a photo to be able to clock in
