✅ How to Create a Project with a Geofence
Open the Project Hub
• Log in to Workyard
• Click Project Hub in the left-hand menu
• Select + Project
Enter Project Details
• Add project name, customer, and location
• If there’s no formal address, enter GPS coordinates in decimal format (e.g.34.052235, -118.243683)
• You can add multiple locations to a single project
Optional Setup
• Assign Cost Codes
• Add Project Managers to monitor activity
Save the Project
• Click Add Project
📥 How to Import Projects in Bulk
Go to the Project Hub
Click + Project
Select Import Projects
Choose:
• Integration– select integration option where you can source importing customer / jobs from
• Spreadsheet Upload – use a spreadsheet to import a bulk list
